Calan DVS's CEO, Rhian Bowen-Davies, was shortlisted in the Citizen's Voice category in the Inspire Wales Awards.

The awards ceremony was held last week on June 20th, at Cardiff City Hall, where the winners for all 11 categories were announced. These included, Young Achiever, Citizen's Voice, Sport, Creatives Industry Development, Business Leader, Educator, Environmentalist, Welsh at Work, Science and Technology, Art and Culture, and School Governor.

Rhian attended the event with another 400 guests, which was hosted by S4C presenter Angharad Mair.

Unfortunately, Rhian was not the overall winner of her category, but there was an extremely deserving winner in Wynford Ellis Owen, Founder and CEO of Living Room Cardiff.
