Calan DVS has been awarded an Active Inclusion funding following a successful application process.

The Active Inclusion fund is managed by Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) supported by funding from European Structural Funds and Calan DVS will be delivering a programme called 'LIFE’ (Living in Freedom Everyday).

LIFE will support young people aged 18 years to 24 years who are "Not in Education, Employment, or Training" who are living in the Neath Port Talbot, and Bridgend areas and will focus on empowering individuals and assisting them with employment opportunities by providing training courses, workshops and guidance which can lead to a qualification, volunteering opportunities employment.

Further information on this new project will follow in the weeks and months to come.

We are delighted to announce that Calan DVS has been recognised for its “innovative” work at the Powys Business Awards.
